Shame about presentation

The jewellery is amazing. I bought this set as a special birthday present but was shocked to see that it was supplied in plastic bags rather than a nice presentation box. I can’t give it as a present looking like this so was really disappointed. I emailed Dephini about my concerns but was told that it’s to stop the jewellery from becoming tarnished whilst in storage. This is understandable & acceptable but I think it should be presented nicely when despatched to customers.
